Browse the site

To browse and view the products, you must first select whether you want to view men's shoes, women's shoes or kids' shoes. Secondly, you may choose if you want to view all categories or select a particular category as sandals, pumps, etc. You also have the option to filter by colour, brand, price and heel height. If you click on a particular product, a detail page of the product chosen will appear containing extra photos, availability and description.

Prices

The prices of the products are stated in Euros including VAT and excluding delivery costs. We will not be liable for typing errors.

Shopping cart

To order a product, just click on the product you want to buy. Then select the size you wish and click Add to Cart.

In the shopping cart area:

  • You may choose to Continue Shopping if you wish to add more products to the cart.
    You can check at any moment which items are on your shopping cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart link on the top of the page.
  • Click Update Shopping to update your shopping cart after changing products or quantities.
  • Click Checkout to checkout your items after you have finished shopping.

If you have chosen Checkout, a login page will appear. From this page, you may login to your existing account or create a new one. If you are already logged on, you will go straight to the Address Page. Finally, you just need to click on Submit order to place the order. You will then receive an order confirmation by email and you can always cancel your order if the order has not yet been processed.

Cancel an order

If your order has the status To be processed or Waiting for payment you can cancel it by sending an email to cs@shoesathome.com. You will then receive a confirmation of this by email.

Order Status

You can check the order status at any time by clicking on my account on the top of the page and selecting order status. Here you can view your order history, the order status, the ordered products and the total amount per order.

Hereby the different order status and its meanings:

  • To be processed:
    The order will be processed as soon as possible.
  • Waiting for payment:
    We are waiting for your payment. Transfer the total amount to ABN Amro account 54.07.26.109, to Da Silva Shoes in Doetinchem mentioning your order number as description.
    For international payments:

  • On order at the supplier:
    The product is not in stock. It has been ordered to a supplier.
  • Sent:
    The order has been sent to you or it has already been delivered.
  • Partially sent:
    A part of your order has been sent.
  • Cancelled order:
    The order will not be delivered.

Shipping Policy

All products bought at Shoesathome.com can be delivered all over the World.

The products will be delivered through TPG mail. In case of damage or if the wrong product has been delivered, please notify us within two days following the delivery date.

Shipping costs and delivery period

Shoesathome.com provides on the page with the detailed description of each product, an indication of the delivery period for clients in The Netherlands. If for any reason we can not send your order within the indicated period, you will be informed by email. You will also be informed in case the product you ordered is no longer available. You may then decide if you would like to cancel your order or choose another product.

To calculate the delivery period on international orders, you must add the days of the delivery period from your country to the period indicated on the detail page of the product ordered. If you buy more than one product per order, all products will be sent together, meaning that the delivery period is dependable on the product with the longest delivery period.

The delivery periods above are just an indication from TPG post. We will not be liable for any claims due to late deliveries.

Returns Policy

Shoesathome.com accepts returned products within 10 days from the date of delivery. All returned products must be unworn and in the original box. All packages must be returned to the following address:

Domestic return shipping charges will be paid by Shoesathome.com.

How to return (domestic orders):

  1. Fill in the return form which was enclosed in the box, specifying the reason of the return. This form must be returned with the package.
  2. Cut and put the address label in the package window where the invoice was. Use the original package if possible.
  3. The return shipping costs will be paid by us upon arrival.

Credit will be issued upon inspection of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please allow us 14 days to receive and process your return.

International orders:

  1. Fill in the return form which was enclosed in the box, specifying the reason of the return. This form must be returned with the package.
  2. Cut and put the address label in the package window where the invoice was. Use the original package if possible.
  3. Stamp the package and drop it in any post office. We will not accept international returns which are not sufficiently stamped.

Credit will be issued upon inspection of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please allow us 14 days to receive and process your return.

Payment Methods

  • Prepayment:
    After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation within minutes by email, showing your order number, the amount to be paid and our bank details. In this case, we will only process the order when we receive the payment.
  • Cash on delivery
    You may choose the cash on delivery method. In this case, you must pay when the package is delivered. We will charge you an extra amount of € 8,00 on top of the € 9,90 for standard delivery. If you have ordered more products, they will be delivered simultaneously. (Not possible for international orders).
  • PayPal / Credit card
    Using this method, you can pay instantly and securely by debit and credit card, your bank account or by PayPal account balance.

Guarantee

All products on our site are guaranteed against material and product defects. If you have any complaints about a product, please send us an email. Do not send any used products before contacting us.
